This gives us all the information to deal with the issue, plus creates a record for future reference.
We can't accept verbal requests as it runs the risk of a breakdown in communication and unnecessary complications.
You can still call us in the case of an emergency.
An emergency repair is something that must be repaired immediately otherwise property damage or personal injury may result or undue inconvenience will occur.
An example of this could be an electrical hazard, pipe/toilet blockage or hot water service failure.
