This service is free to you, our fee is a taken from the real estate agents fee.

We will help you through every step of the selling process, ensuring you get the best price for the process. We assess your property’s worth, select an appropriate target market and advise on the sale method. Waterman & Waterman then interviews and selects an agent based on your requirements. This ensures that your budget is not exceeded, and that your expectations are met. We can then negotiate the agent’s fee and sale price.

Sometimes there are ‘sticky’ situations, where selling is difficult and agreement between the parties isn’t easy. As a seller advocate we can facilitate allowing the property to be sold with minimal hassle.
